A: Push Press + Jerk
2 Push Presses + 2 Split Jerks
4 Sets, set 1-3 are building, set 4 is a down set (90% of heaviest set)
*Log heaviest set, try to go heavier than last week!
B: Front Squats
2 Paused Front Squats + 2 Front Squats
Build to a max set, and then 1 set at 90% of new max
*Pause is 3 seconds in the bottom of the squat
**Log heaviest set, try to go heavier than last week!
