The small things we do every single day, ultimately affect where we get to with our goals and lives. It is called “one percent effect”.

If you could get 1% better in one task, then you would culminate that one thing, and if you repeat this for 30 things, you would mathematically see a 30% improvement. Whilst, in reality, that figure may be slightly distorted, I think you get the point of the 1% effect. In short, small things make a big difference.

So in all areas of your life, you should think and find the small things that you do on a daily basis that you could get 1% better. Some things will take a huge amount of effort, and others will be so easy that you will question why you haven’t been doing them all along.

How do you eat an elephant? One small bite at a time! You will reach your big goals only when you do the smallest things day in day out.
