People are very nervous, and super cautious when it comes to joining a CrossFit gym. They think that on the first day of their CrossFit journey, they will be expected to do 20 handstand push-ups, 10 butterfly kip pull-ups, 5 rope climbs and lift 250 lb., all before throwing up and getting badly injured.
