Here’s your chance to sweat sweat for a worthy cause!

The IWK Foundation Throwdown is a fundraiser competition open to all CrossFitters, and it will take place on July 13th at CrossFit Basinview.

All profits from the event will go to the IWK Foundation!

The IWK Foundation Throwdown is proud to provide the competitive opportunity for athletes of all skill levels to test their fitness across a variety of physical activities. The event is a mixed partner, 1 day competition, with 3 events as well as a finals, testing skill, strength, and endurance. We will have Rx, Scaled, Masters Rx, and Masters Scaled divisions. Podium finishers at the end of the day will be awarded prizes.
