First, everyone goes through Discovery.
This is a series of 1:1 sessions designed to teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit and also assess where you are in your fitness journey.
Even those experienced with other high-intensity workout routines rarely come in with any gymnastic or Olympic lifting experience, so this is a great time to become familiar with movements and even the terms we use like AMRAP, EMOM, and WOD.
Once you complete our Discovery sessions (Five 1-hour long one-on-one sessions and five one-hour long group sessions), then you can join our regular CrossFit classes. You could also continue with private training if you feel better in a 1:1 setting.
If you want to get in before the New Year’s crowd, right now is a great time.
