Our free classes are appropriate for all ability levels.
Free classes are on every Saturday morning at 9:30 am
If you’ve never worked out before, you can do our free class, and we’ll workout at a pace you are comfortable with.
Here’s what to expect at our free class:
- We’ll do a CrossFit workout and coach you the entire way
- Get more info about our programs (personal training, custom weight loss and nutrition plans)
- Get answers to any questions you have.
Everyone can do this; we’ll show you how. We make our workouts for all ability levels, professionals to novices.
